On the opening day of the weekend both riders found some difficulties due to bad track conditions. The second day the situation improved but Furusato and Buasri didn’t find the right feeling with the bike and were forced to start from backward positions.
The race was tough for the Honda Asia team riders: on the one hand Taiyo struggled to find the pace to stay with the group fighting for points, by crossing the finishing line 18th. Despite the final result the Japanese rider has already demonstrated to have the potential to fight for important results.
On the other hand Tatchakorn successfully completed the race getting the 21st position. The Thai rider needs to feel more comfortable on the bike but he is gaining experience, which will be useful for the next races.
Now, a couple of weeks of rest before flying overseas again for the GP of the Americas, scheduled for mid-April.

Grid P21– Race 18
This weekend didn’t unfold as we had hoped, especially in terms of results. It’s crucial to acknowledge what occurred and extract valuable lessons from it. We must identify the underlying issues and make necessary improvements for the upcoming race in the United States. We must be honest with ourselves. Over the next few days, our focus will be on learning from our mistakes and ensuring we don’t repeat it. Let’s remain positive that things will take a turn in Austin, reminiscent of the positive outcome we achieved in the first GP in Lusail. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who has supported us, and I am determined to deliver a strong performance in the next race.

Grid P23– Race 21
Today’s race in Portugal was tough for me. I’m still getting used to riding with this tire, and I felt like I lost grip at times, making it hard to control the bike throughout the race. Looking forward to the next race in Austin, I hope to feel more comfortable with the bike and my riding style. I’ll do my best to ride better, work on specific areas, and learn to manage the bike more effectively. Thanks to all for your support. See you in America!
HIROSHI AOYAMA – Team Manager
This Moto3 race has been a tough one for us. Despite both riders initially making promising gained some positions at the start, their pace throughout the race proved insufficient to close the gap with the leading group, limiting their ability to advance further. Furusato began the race from the 21st grid position and finished in 18th place, while Buasri started from 23rd and concluded in 21st. It was undeniably a demanding weekend for us. Nonetheless, it is imperative that we thoroughly analyze our performance this week to identify areas for improvement ahead of future races. We extend our gratitude to our supporters, sponsors, and staff for their unwavering dedication and contributions. We’re going to keep working hard and try to improve for next GP in America.

MIVV and Honda renewed their partnership in Moto3 class for the fourth consecutive year by giving continuity to the project started in 2021: supporting the growth of the young Asian talents.
The Qatar GP saw a brilliant performance of Taiyo Furusato. The Japanese rider, after starting from the eighteenth position on the grid, fought throughout the entire race in the top group with a series of breathtaking overtakes. Taiyo got the third final position, celebrating his second podium in career in Moto3 World Championship, showing determination and his potential as a formidable contender on the track.
Good weekend also for his teammate Tatchakorn Buasri. The Thai rider, who debuted last year as wild card with the same team, closed his first race, as official rider, nineteenth, which marks an important moment for him to start to build confidence on the bike.
An excellent start of the season for the Honda team Asia and MIVV.

I am thrilled to be back on the podium in the first race of the season. I deeply appreciate the effort of my team in fine-tuning the bike’s settings, which played a pivotal role in our success. I am committed to maintaining this momentum throughout the season, and I am hopeful that we can replicate this achievement in the upcoming races.

I’m happy but not totally satisfied with my race. I expected that I could be a bit more up, but well we completed the race. We need to work hard for the next race to be totally adapted to the tires and setting of the bike and fight for upper positions in Portugal.
HIROSHI AOYAMA – Team Manager
Despite starting in the 18th and 24th positions, our riders showcased an exceptional performance. They gained a lot of positions in the initial laps, demonstrating remarkable skill and determination. Tatchakorn completed the race, something that holds significant importance for his confidence with the bike, while Taiyo’s outstanding race management in navigating battles with fellow riders culminated in a commendable third-place finish. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved, particularly our dedicated staff, supportive sponsors, and enthusiastic supporters whose unwavering encouragement fuels our team’s success.

DELTA RACE

The black version of the exhaust that we present perfectly integrates with every color combination of the latest generation TMAX (remember that the first dates back to 2001), emphasizes its sportiness and at the same time allows its generous twin-cylinder to „pull out“ a new sound and develop greater performances. This aftermarket solution also saves approximately 4 kgs. on the overall weight of the vehicle.
Sold in the complete version, the MIVV system follows the positioning of the original Yamaha system and is made up of stainless steel manifolds and SR-1 silencer in stainless steel or titanium completely painted in black. To achieve the desired effect and guarantee it over time, the company used a special ceramic paint that does not wrinkle (resistant up to 800°).
Each MIVV setup intended for road use follows the vehicle approval (in this case Euro 5); to make it road legal it is necessary to complete it with the installation of the brand’s catalyst. An interesting and useful heat shield cover made of carbon is also offered as an optional accessory.
SR-1
The silencer that MIVV has destined for the world of sports and hypernaked bikes comes out of the ranks and is proposed on the TMAX maxiscooter, a model widely recognized as the most „dynamic“.
Built with great attention to detail, the SR-1 features a hexagonal-shaped central body made in two versions: stainless steel and titanium. The end cap is made of carbon with a Twill weave capable of withstanding high temperature stress (typical of the racing world). For the TMAX, both versions and the related manifolds are finished with a „Black Moon“ effect, achieved thanks to an ad hoc painting process.
THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS COMPLETE SYSTEM: (data measured at the wheel on a roller bench):
+2.20 HP at 6,600 rpm; +2.70 Nm at 5,100 rpm. Beyond the maximum power and torque values, the resulting graph (downloadable from the MIVV website) shows a performance increase throughout the entire engine revs. The amount of torque obtainable around 3,300 rpm appears gratifying. Finally, there’s a weight saving of 3.80 kg (-4.10 kg with the titanium muffler).
NOTE: The user of this scooter who opts for the installation of the complete MIVV exhaust will be able to gain, in addition to the advantages indicated above, an additional +3 HP by loading into the control unit the dedicated map developed by Rexxer Italia

]]>Both Taiyo Furusato and Mario Aji arrived in Valencia well motivated, the first aiming to confirm his excellent physical and mental condition, the second aiming to get a good result in his last race in the Moto3 class before moving up to Moto2.
The weekend started well and Taiyo and Mario felt immediately confident on the new asphalt. The qualifying didn’t go as expected unless Furusato got the Q2 and the 16th place on the grid.
The Valencia GP closed the season with a brilliant performance by Furusato, who got the 11th position, being the first Honda to cross the finishing line. For his part, Mario said goodbye to the category, by finishing 23rd.
The balance of the season for The Honda Team Asia and MIVV is positive as the team and riders grew up together and showed great potential, which is a big motivation for the future.

What to say? A tough race again. Anyway, I did my best in my last race in Moto3. I gained six positions at the start, but at the end, everybody overtook me on the straight again. But I’m happy to finish with a consistent race. It’s the end of a time. I accept that the new challenge will not be more straightforward but may be more demanding. I’m looking forward to my chance next year in Moto2. I will arrive stronger in the new chapter of my career. Thanks to everyone for these two years

I started the weekend strongly on Friday, and on Saturday, I struggled a bit, but I returned on Sunday. I finished P1, riding in 38s in the race with a good pace. I enjoyed the last race of the season; I’m happy for my team because I’ve been growing up during the season. They helped me a lot, and I appreciate all the efforts of the people around me.
HIROSHI AOYAMA – Team Manager
It wasn’t an easy weekend for us, but our riders managed to pick up their position. Indeed, they were not in the best positions we could achieve, but they did the maximum effort they could, and we appreciate this. I also appreciate all the staff effort in 20 races and a long season, and I also want to thank our sponsors for their support. The balance of the season is positive, not the best, because we didn’t win, but I want to thank the people involved in this project. We will come back stronger the following season.

]]>Taiyo Furusato and Mario Aji arrived in Qatar with the aim to perform well after the Malaysian round where both riders suffered and rode below expectations.
Teams and riders found a renovated circuit: new tarmac, new paddock and different period compared to what they were used to.
The first day Taiyo and Mario struggled with slippery track conditions due to dust and they had difficulties in finding the right set up. The second day they improved but this was not enough to get good grid positions.
In the race both riders did a good start gaining many positions. Furusato performed spectacularly until a rider knocked him off the track, losing contact with the leading group. He crossed the finishing line 14th. For his part, Aji was penalized by a long lap penalty, which conditioned his race by closing 25th.
Next week the MotoGP circus comes back to Europe for the last appointment of the year: the grand finale at Valencia!

Grid P28– Race P25
A terrible weekend. The penalty of a long lap made the race even more challenging. It took a lot of work to keep pace when I lost contact with the group. During the first laps, I felt comfortable, but after the sanction, I lost everything, finishing a disappointing weekend. I did my best, but things could have gone better.
MOTO3: TAIYO FURUSATO #72
Grid P16– Race P14
I’ve done quite a strong race until the middle. After the weekend issues, I didn’t expect to fight in the top group, around positions 7 or 8. That’s positive because I come back to many places. But unfortunately, one rider touched me, getting me out and losing the line and contact with the group. Overall, I’m happy about my feeling again. Now is the time to think in the season’s last race in Valencia.
HIROSHI AOYAMA – Team Manager
Taiyo and Mario made a good start, gaining many positions. Taiyo chose the soft tire, using this benefit to catch up from the 17th to the 7th. But after the middle of the race, the tire drooped a lot, finishing 14th. Mario was penalized with a long lap. Until that moment, his pace was good, but after that, he lost contact with the group, finishing 25th. Both showed an improvement from yesterday, that’s the positive part, but we expected a better position in the race. That is part of the race; we should do it better in the next race.

The weekend started well for Furusato, closing the first day with the third time while Aji struggled to find the right feeling.
The qualifying didn’t go as expected as both riders didn’t have access to Q2.
Starting from backward positions (19th and 20th) was not not easy: Furusato started well, gaining some positions. He had the pace to catch the front group and fight for important positions but he crashed after trying to avoid other riders involved in a multi-crash in front of him.
Aji struggled with some problems at the rear and he crossed the finishing line 19th.

Grid P19– Race P19
The race here in Sepang hasn’t finished as we expected. After just five laps, I had a big issue because the rear tire temperature increased over the limits, which made it difficult to accelerate in all the corners, especially in the hairpin. With this heat, I struggled to get the speed. But I should take the positive learnings of this weekend. Even if it’s not enough, I improved my lap time considerably compared to last year’s race. I couldn’t be happier about my race today. Qatar is an entirely different kind of track; I will keep focus for next weekend’s race there.
MOTO3: TAIYO FURUSATO #72
Grid P20– Race DNF
I made a good start, gaining some positions on the first lap, overtaking many riders and trying to catch the front group. My pace was good, and I had clear options to be there. But I crashed to avoid a multi-crash of four riders. That crash is a shame, but some positive points of this weekend could help us in the next race.
HIROSHI AOYAMA – Team Manager
It has been a tough race. Mario and Taiyo started back on the grid, making the situation even more complicated. When the race started, Taiyo’s pace was good, catching the front group with the option to fight for a good final position. But, unfortunately, at lap 4, a multi-crash happened in front of him, and to avoid being involved, he changed the lane and crashed. Mario struggled with the rear grip and couldn’t make his pace, fighting but finishing in P19. The balance of the weekend isn’t good, but we should go ahead next weekend in Qatar.

]]>The seventeenth round of the season (last race of the Asian triplet) ends up in the best way.
Taiyo Furusato gets his first podium in career in the Moto3 class of the World Championship, with a brilliant second place.
This is the demonstration that hard work pays off and today, Taiyo and his team reap the benefits of what they built together and MIVV, as partner, is proud to have contributed to this first success.
For Furusato this seems to be just the beginning, showing to be fast, constant and able to manage the race with intelligence.
The Thai round also sees the participation of Tatchakorn Buasri. After attending the Germany, Austria, and Catalunya Moto3 Grand Prix as a wild card, Buasri participates in the Thailand Grand Prix as part of Thai Honda’s program to support rising stars in the World Championship. Tatchakorn fights for the whole weekend to find the feeling with the bike and Aji is in the same situation. Both riders suffer in the race and finish in backward positions.

Grid P25– Race P26
It was another tough race for me. I started in the last group. I needed to roll down hard on sectors three and four because it was challenging to keep my position in the first two sectors. But I must be happy for the team today, for the podium achievement. I want to rest, resetting my mind before the Sepang race.
MOTO3: TAIYO FURUSATO #72
Grid P6– Race P2
I’m delighted to be on for the first time in a podium. This weekend, I felt well from the first practice on Friday. I was directly on Q2 and have been competitive there, despite the crash. My team worked hard to repair the bike, and we’ve achieved this podium together.
At the start of the season, I was fast in one lap, but I wasn’t competitive in the races. After the summer break, I made a big step: I changed my braking style, how I stopped the bike and opened the throttle. That proved to be effective.
MOTO3: TATCHAKORN BUASRI #33
Grid P27 – Race P28
Today, everything went differently than I expected. My starting position was very late, which made it difficult to achieve a good result. On top of that, I suffered a crash and a penalty for exceeding the track limits. Despite this, even though I lost a lap, I didn’t want to retire. I wanted to finish the race to thank the public for their constant and unconditional support.
HIROSHI AOYAMA – Team Manager
Today, we’ve lived an exciting 19-lap race, with a contrasting result between our three riders. Taiyo managed to finish second, with an option for a victory until the last moment. He showed to be fast, constant, and intense. I want to thank the team and the sponsors for their efforts; all did their best to achieve this result. Thatchakorn crashed at lap 4, continuing riding but far for the option of a good result. Mario was struggling all weekend to finish finally on P26. In the next race, I want all the riders to fight for podium positions and continue growing as a team.

What a pity! I did a fantastic start and first lap today, gaining 15 positions. I was doing a good race before I lost concentration because my bike and visor’s screen fogged up. I couldn’t see the way and where were the patches. That frustrated me so much. Without these issues, I’m sure I had options to fight for the podium because I was in the top group. Unfortunately, I crashed. I cannot describe it with words, my frustration. But I take it as a lesson.

I’m happy about my race here in Phillip Island. I struggled a bit this weekend because I’ve been doing the practices riding alone, without slipstreams. But the conditions today have changed radically. I tried to finish the race at my pace. P7 is more than I expected in these wet conditions
HIROSHI AOYAMA – Team Manager
The weather conditions we’ve found today in Phillip Island were complicated: cold, rain and strong wind. But the race was going on. Our riders did a good start, Mario P8 and Taiyo P10, after one lap, after starting from the back of the grid. They had a good pace on the wet. Until mid-race, Mario was fighting for a podium. We’re sure today was his day, but unfortunately, he crashed on lap 11. We’re sad about that because he had clear options for a podium. Taiyo managed to finish P7. To finish in such a complicated condition isn’t easy. I think it was one of the most challenging races of the year, but finally, we managed to be there.

MIVV has studied it and coupled it to two of its silencers, proposing the Slip-On assembly. The list of advantages includes the aesthetic line, the sound, the performances, the lightness.
They are called DAKAR and OVAL; the first is offered in two finishes and high positioning, the second in three finishes and standard positioning on the bike (allowing the assembly of side cases).
Optional accessories are available to complete the setup: Two carbon fibre heat shields (61.00 euros and 113.00 euros), easy to install and designed exclusively for the exhaust system proposed for this bike.
All the MIVV proposals indicated above comply with the homologation of the motorcycle.
DAKAR
It is a project deriving from the experience acquired by the brand in the field of Rally Competitions. Its distinctive advantages, its simplicity and sturdiness, make it suitable for the demanding off-road. The coupling with the TRANSALP engine gives unexpected performances.
The INOX version uses natural 304 steel with the addition of a special „pearlead“ finish, aesthetically appreciable, which makes it „Highly resistant“. The BLACK version is created by painting the stainless steel body using a special ceramic-based process.
THE ADVANTAGES OF DAKAR
Max power: + 2.00 HP at 9,400 rpm. Max torque: + 2.00 Nm at 7300 rpm. Weight: – 1.10kg.
OVAL
It is a muffler with great attention to detail and capable of adapting to different types of motorcycles, representing the best compromise between design and performance; In the case of the TRANSALP it adopts the standard positioning, not interfering with the possible assembly of side cases.
Three versions are proposed: The INOX has a brushed 304 steel body, natural finish.
The BLACK features the „Black Moon“ effect obtained with ceramic-based paint.
The BLACK with carbon cap stands out for the „Black Satin“ brushed effect obtained from a special colouring process and the addition of the carbon cap, a technical element that gives a particularly aggressive look to this proposal.
THE ADVANTAGES OF OVAL
Max power: + 1.00 HP at 9,400 rpm. Max torque: + 1.00 Nm at 7,300 rpm. Weight: – 2.00kg.
RETAIL PRICES
DAKAR: € 531.00 (Inox) and € 569.00 (Black Stainless). OVAL: € 427.00 (Inox); € 441.00 (Black Stainless Steel); € 534.00 (Black stainless steel with carbon cap).
The stainless steel de-cat pipe ( € 393.00 + VAT) can be mounted both with MIVV silencers and with the OEM one and is aimed exclusively at those who use the vehicle for competitions as its application invalidates the homologation and consequently the use of the vehicle on the road.

]]>The Honda Team Asia lines up 3 riders this weekend with the wild card Arbi Aditama joining Furusato and Aji.
The weekend starts well for Furusato who feels immediately comfortable on the bike although he’s riding for the first time on this track in Moto3. The Japanese rider gets the second row on the grid with a brilliant 6th position gained in the qualifying.
Aji arrives in Indonesia with the aim to do well in his home GP. The Indonesian rider suffers the lack of grip in the first sessions and gets the 21th position on the grid.
The wild card Aditama is the author of a great debut in the Championship getting the Q1 and the 15th position on the grid.
In the race, Taiyo fights in the front group, aware to be able to always stay in the top positions. He finishes seventh, his best finish, just eight-tenths of a second away from victory.
Aji finishes 25th but his race is compromised by a contact with another rider at the start.
Good performance for Aditama crossing the finishing line 17th after being in the group fighting for points for many laps.
Next stop, Phillip Island!

Grid P21– Race P25
It was a tough race, especially after another rider pushed me out in turn one. After that, it was almost impossible to catch the group. My bike’s temperature rose quickly, so I rode to finish the race. I was at the limit, pushing hard during the race, but it didn’t work. It’s a shame I couldn’t do more. I’m already thinking about Phillip Island, a completely different type of circuit I like so much..
MOTO3: TAIYO FURUSATO #72
Grid P6– Race 7
I’m happy to finish in the group fighting for the victory. It’s the first time I have experienced this. At the same time, I could not have been happier after seeing the podium so close. I’ve learned a lot about fighting in a close group. And my lap time was fast, almost the fastest. I need to improve some points of my riding, and we should continue working on the bike. The feeling is fantastic, what is essential for the next races.

Grid P15– Race P17
I’m so happy about my result here in Mandalika, my first race in the World Championship. I felt so excited. My start wasn’t good, but I tried to catch the group, overtaking my rivals one by one, arriving at P12 and fighting for points. But I made a mistake, braking too late while trying to overtake and losing all my options. It has been an excellent experience, but now I should focus on waiting for the next FIM Junior GP races.
HIROSHI AOYAMA – Team Manager
It was a hot, long 20-lap race, with Taiyo scoring his best result ever, fighting from beginning to end for a podium position. Also, Mario was fighting, but he had bad luck in turn one after the start, when another rider pushed him out, losing completely the space. That affected him a lot, struggling to catch the group and being with competitors who stopped the bike in the middle of the corner, which affected him on the acceleration. It has been a stressful race for him. About Aditama, he did it very well on his first time in the World Championship. He managed to be competitive initially, being so fast, but in the end, he dropped slightly, finishing in a remarkable 17th position. Overall, I can say that our riders did a good race.
